BTW: The agave brown spots are probably a fungus if the area is cool, damp, and low light. I've got brown circles on some of my agaves that are outdoors due to a similar condition, but they pull out of it in hot, drier weather. Keep the soil dry, hight light, and try to raise the humidity with a heat source. Best wishes. D
