Wednesday Vignette, sun magic

I bought this Aechmea x Billbergia cross during an August visit to Cistus Nursery, it seemed perfect for the chartreuse circle pot. A little evening sun and the combination becomes electric...

  3. Nice! I'm thinking of planting bromeliads in my chiminea. (I still haven't evicted the self-seeded Barleria and, if a wait much longer, it'll probably take over the space.)

  4. Ooh, that is lovely! Love that Spanish moss too - it looks like it's part of the hanging mechanism!

  5. At our house we call out "light effect" and where it's happening so neither of us misses these great little vignettes.

  7. That pot is versatile! It's held all kinds of different plants and complemented them all, hasn't it?

  8. Another perfect pairing. You could publish a small book of all the plants that have been in this pot.
