May you have an appropriately scary fun Halloween...

A few images of our Halloween decor. Some you've seen before, some is new. The paper decorations are vintage...

Hope you have a scary fun day full of treats, with maybe just a few good tricks.

  2. I love the combos of old and new, paper and plants. We redid all the art in the living room and front hall recently but no Halloween decor this year. We are in the midst of a snowstorm. Making me crazy and it's only October!

    1. Ya, all that snow kind of takes away the Halloween feel I bet.

  6. The black skull chocking on something spiky is spooky! Love the owl and the Art Deco (?) light fixture on the wall.

    1. Thank you! With the skulls mouth shut it's just so black and hard to see. I thought that spiky seed pod was a good solution. And yep, deco slip-glass. From my days working at a vintage light shop.

  7. I love the black skull with the seedpod in its mouth. I should put on my thinking cap and come up with a good trick to play on Nigel before he comes home from work.

    1. The one benefit of the cold weather we've been having is the sunlight. The lighting seemed appropriately dramatic.
