Wednesday Vignette, white rock ahoy!

When Andrew and I drove by this hellstrip corner I swear I heard my mom say "well, that's different" (and she wouldn't be wrong)...

White rock, pagoda, bridge to nowhere (over nothing), Japanese maple, It's got all the things!

    1. As Hoov (below) points out it might have been a parent/child project? Either way they get points for having a vision and making it happen.

  3. Why not? They are trying... love that!

  4. Hopefully, the maple will thrive and the pagoda will just be a cute accent at its base. However, having grown up in a mid-century modern house with a white rock roof, I hate the rock.

    1. A white rook roof!? Now that's really different. Sounds heavy, and hard to keep clean...

  5. It might have been a parent-child project, if so, they were trying, which is great. Turning kids on to the world of plants is a good thing.
