Wednesday Vignette, a Desert Museum leftover

Somehow I missed sharing this metal sculpture in my coverage of the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum, which is a shame because I rather liked it. So...it get's its own post now...

  1. I do appreciate the artistry, but lizards give me the creeps.

    1. It's a happy moment when I catch site of a scurrying lizard at an Arizona botanical garden.

  2. I like it too! The lizards look a bit like Komodo dragons, which makes me really appreciate the fact that they are not real.

  3. I'm not sure how to interpret the scale. The plants look like palms to me but that would make those reptilian creatures dinosaurs, wouldn't it?

    1. Yes! I wondered the same thing. I didn't say anything hoping someone else would notice that too.

  5. Quite well crafted, though the reptiles are a bit intimidating. The lizards here are too small to be anything but cute.
