Anyone who follows me on Instagram knows this particular Agave ovatifolia is featured frequently. What can I say, it practically begs to have it's photo taken. I must oblige, again...

It's very photogenic!
ReplyDeleteHe is quite handsome but I also like your small pond beyond.
ReplyDeleteFlawless!
ReplyDeleteHard to ignore something as gorgeous and dramatic as that plant. We just don't get that kind of blue in things here. More common for us in grass or evergreens which is not quite the same.
ReplyDeleteAn example of Nature's perfection!
ReplyDeleteThe agave is beautiful, and so is your pond! What all do you have in there?
ReplyDeleteThree different waterlilies, Nymphaea 'Joey Tomocik' N. 'Marliacea Chromatella' and N. Perry’s Almost Black. The tall grassy business is Iris × robusta 'Gerald Darby'.
DeleteShe's a beauty, alright! With that tank for scale, I dare not think of how big she might actually be. Or is it an optical illusion? I had no idea one could grow Gerald Darby in water. That is VERY useful information, as I just created a little bog garden. Can't wait to go home to my garden again, to try it out!!!

No kidding! It gives new meaning to "photogenic".
