I believed Biden would win by a landslide because I believe in the values of our country and Democratic leaders. I would have said so much more except that I read M's note. His/her comments reminded me of my younger self when I studied with Maharishi 50 years ago. We do have to really listen and figure out what we are missing in the Trump supporter's message. There is more anger in our population that Trump has fed with his lies than any of us really understood. This is an awakening moment for the USA. We need to figure out how the hell we can make the changes needed to bring our beloved country to a point when everyone feels included and listened to. We have to understand this anger, because until we do, I'm afraid the Trump's of our country will be successful in changing our US into a place where we no longer want to live. I guess what I am saying is that maybe we have been so strong in our beliefs that we haven't been listening to our neighbors enough. My heart is pretty broken we have missed out on the depth of the anger in our country.Sheila Schultzhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12199915375459382539noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1018965493805276234.post-80516887786935091152020-11-04T10:43:15.071-08:002020-11-04T10:43:15.071-08:00Waiting and hoping...Waiting and hoping...Eliza Watershttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06879335295393594236noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1018965493805276234.post-18960051545789134802020-11-04T09:56:44.414-08:002020-11-04T09:56:44.414-08:00I cried last night, too. I tuned in for a time this morning but I'm about to tune out again. Patience isn't one of my strong suits but there doesn't seem to be an option at the moment. In the moment we may not "see" clearly what that reason is, but over time it becomes apparent. Even the anger and frustration that has resulted in the challenges we all have been faced with these past 6 months (6 MONTHS! Sheesh!!) are necessary to propel us forward in our spiritual growth.

I find this happens in my personal life and can only sense it happens on a mundane scale, as well.

The single question we must individually ask ourselves is how we want to face challenges. There's just so much we can do and sometimes we just have to let things "be" - hard and horrific as that sounds. Sometimes shit just has to let loose (and all bets are off with Mars currently Retrograde in Aries).

What we CAN do and what we DO have control over is ourselves and how we react to what's going around us. Without fear and dread. What's that old saying? "Hope Springs Eternal".

Blessed Be, fellow Gardeners.
M -https://m2labs.wordpress.com/noreply@blogger.com
